Street Feast – Half-Priced Site Fee Special Terms & Conditions
(Effective only on 20th April 2025)
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the Half-Priced Site Fee Special provided by Avid Leisure Pty Ltd (trading as Street Feast AU) for vendors who book for the selected venues within the 24 hour period on the 20th April 2025, & pay invoices by 12pm (AEST) on 22nd April 2025. By participating, vendors agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1. This offer is available to all Street Feast AU registered vendors, including food, dessert, and retail vendors.
2.2. Only payments received by 22nd April 2025 (AEST) qualify for the half-priced offer.
2.3. Payment must be made via the accepted methods specified on the invoice.
2.4. Only applies to NEW bookings.

QLD
Mullumbimby – April 27
Hervey Bay – May 2
Bundaberg – May 3
Childers – May 4
Maryborough – May 10
Pomona – May 11
Dalby – May 17

NSW

3. Offer Details
3.1. Eligible vendors will receive a 50% discount on invoices applied for on the 20th April 2025 for the selected venues on the half priced special.
3.2. Payment MUST be received by 12pm (AEST) on the 22nd April 2025 or the invoice will revert back to Full fees.
4. Payment Verification & Processing
4.1. Payments must include a verifiable transaction reference.
4.2. Any delays due to bank processing will not qualify if payment is not received by 12pm (AEST) 22nd March 2025.
4.3. Vendors must email proof of payment if requested.
5. Exclusions & Limitations
5.1. Payments received after 12pm (AEST) 22nd April 2025 will be Full Fees
5.2. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions or agreements.
5.3. Avid Leisure Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse this offer if non-compliance or abuse is detected.
6. Modifications & Termination
6.1. Avid Leisure Pty Ltd may modify or cancel this offer without prior notice.
6.2. Any modifications will be updated on the official website.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, under the jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
