Street Feast AU – 10% Cashback Offer Terms & Conditions
(Effective from 3rd February 2025)
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the 10% Cashback Offer provided by Avid Leisure Pty Ltd (trading as Street Feast AU) for vendors who make full invoice payments within 24 hours of issuance. By participating in this offer, vendors agree to abide by these terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1. This offer is available only to registered vendors of Street Feast AU.
2.2. Only invoices issued by Avid Leisure Pty Ltd are eligible for the cashback offer.
2.3. The full invoice amount (including GST, if applicable) must be paid within 24 hours from the invoice issuance time (as stated on the invoice).
2.4. Payment must be made via an accepted payment method specified on the invoice.
3. Cashback Offer Details
3.1. Eligible vendors will receive 10% of the total invoice amount (including GST) as cashback.
3.2. For example, if an invoice is $300 (inclusive of GST), the vendor will receive $30 cashback.
3.3. The cashback will be paid directly to the vendor’s nominated Australian bank account within 24 hours of receiving the eligible payment.
3.4. Vendors must provide correct and complete Australian bank account details for the cashback transfer.
3.5. Cashback payments are non-transferable to third parties and will only be made to the registered vendor.
4. Payment Verification & Processing
4.1. Payments must be verifiable via the provided transaction reference number.
4.2. Any delays due to bank processing times or third-party payment gateway issues will not be considered for cashback eligibility if the payment is not received within the 24-hour window.
4.3. Vendors must notify Avid Leisure Pty Ltd via email at accounts@streetfeast.au with proof of payment if required.
4.4. Cashback will only be processed once the payment has been cleared in Avid Leisure Pty Ltd’s account.
5. Exclusions & Limitations
5.1. Any payments received after 24 hours from invoice issuance will not qualify for the cashback offer.
5.2. Vendors with outstanding debts or overdue invoices with Street Feast AU are not eligible for this offer.
5.3. This offer cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, or special agreement.
5.4. Avid Leisure Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse cashback if fraudulent activity, abuse of the offer, or non-compliance with these terms is detected.
6. Modifications & Termination
6.1. Avid Leisure Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
6.2. Any modifications to these terms will be updated on the official website www.bit.ly/StreetFeastVendorCashback.
6.3. If the offer is terminated, any pending cashback payments will still be honoured for eligible payments made before the termination date.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes arising under them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland.
